  • Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

    No, you can shop at Lysse Leggings Australia without creating an account. It is possible to log on as a guest, however you will be unable to track your order and miss out on special offers and savings if you were to create an account.
  • I've forgotten my password. What should I do?

    If you have forgotten your password, click here to change it or follow the 'FORGOTTEN PASSWORD' instructions on the sign in page. For security reasons we are unable to send your password via email.
  • Which size should I choose?

    Click on the size guide in the footer or on each product listings page to find out the measurements of each garment type to determine your correct size.
  • How do I know if an item is in stock?

    All items displayed are in stock, check the colour and size from the drop down boxes on the product page to find out which colour and sizes are available. Colours and sizes not available will not appear.
  • I have seen an item on the website and now it no longer appears. Do items come back in stock?

    Yes, some products will come back in stock. Please check back on the site or contact customer service at info@lysseleggings.com.au or call on  (+61 2 8332 1900) to find out about product availability.
  • What payment methods does Lysse Leggings Australia accept?

    Please note that we are unable to deliver to Post Office boxes.

    Unfortunately, you may only ship to one address per order. If your order contains gifts or items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address.
  • How soon can I get my order and how much will it cost?

    We endeavour to deliver within 3-5 business days in Australia. Shipping is free of charge on orders over $100 in Australia only using Australia Post. Please provide an address where you will be located during business hours to ensure no further delays. Shipping is $9.95 on orders under $100 in Australia only. For New Zealand deliveries the cost for postage will be calculated upon receiving your order and you will be notified via email the cost of delivery and delivery time"
  • Can I return an item?

    We gladly accept returns of items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original package withing 30 days of delivery. In order to receive a full refund we ask that your returned items be intact and free from any signs of wear.
    The right of cancellation is conditional upon the item being returned undamaged in the same condition and in the original packaging.
